A private restorative yoga session is an one-on-one experience that invites the participant to focus on personal wellness concerns and wellness goals. During the 90 min session, support is offered in getting in and out of poses, utilizing props allowing the practicipant to deepen their practice while finding a deep level of relaxation, enhancing skills, while gaining a greater level of confidence. A private session offers the participant a safe space to release emotions while on the mat and cultivate a state of well-being. Private lessons works around your personal schedule.
Each private sessions begins with a brief discussion about the participants lifestyle, health issues, and goals. Instructor will learn about the client’s body and physical needs and craft a sequences that will address these needs.
The sequence begins with a brief mindful meditation that includes breath work and body scan to connect to the body and mind. The sequence progresses with gentle poses that will be held for 3-5 minutes each.
